Excellent customer service. They care about their customers and it shows. Professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Update: it doesn't get better than this. Once again, when I had an issue with a new battery, they quickly checked it out and determined the best course of action was to replace it with another new one. Interstate Batteries provides absolutely the highest level of customer service. They are excellent!

A year ago I was sold an interstate battery by a Roadside Assistance vender. The battery was not the correct size for my newer vehicle. I needed a new battery due to it dying and not only did Interstate staff service me immediately but they upgraded my battery to the correct size and didn’t charge me for the upgrade, but rather held The Roadside Assistance vendor accountable and charged them the upgrade fee for selling me the wrong battery. Because of their professionalism, the speed by which I was able to get this done during my lunch hour and their integrity to ensure that I was a satisfied customer are all reasons why I will always purchase my batteries from Interstate. Thank you to the staff Michael for helping me install the battery and the Receptionist for her timeliness to get this done. Sincerely, satisfied customer.

Not knowledgeable about their inventory or products! I went down the street to OReilys car parts and got a better warranty and actually cheaper

I had a warranty on my battery took it in to get replaced, and I called before I went to make sure they would install it, they said yes as long as it’s not under seat or in trunk. I also had 1 replaced 2 years ago same place no problem. Today they refused to install it because it was too hard 😭. They just gave me a battery, I called their corporate office and was told installations are not under warranty. So I will never buy from them again every other place will install with a warranty.

Great experience. Everyone was amazing from Front desk to the Technician. We got a bad battery through Pop a Lock and no help with resolving the problem with a dead 3 week old battery from them. Found this Interstate Battery shop location and they had us back on the road with a new battery interstate installed cover by my warranty
